About Dealstunter

At Dealstunter, everything revolves around affordable hardware that deserves a second life. Since 2011, we have been offering a wide range of refurbished mini PCs, motherboards, and other computer components. Each item is tested, updated with the latest versions, and always offered at a sharp price.

How it all started

Dealstunter was founded in a room in the attic. Founder Meinte de Jong was working as an IT specialist at a school at the time. Every year, hardware was written off and discarded. Instead of letting these devices go to waste, he began taking them over and selling them on Marktplaats, a Dutch online marketplace similar to eBay.

One evening, while spending time with friends, the idea came up to turn it into a real webshop. With the help of a programmer, the first version went online quickly. Sales grew steadily, and before long the company was officially registered, new supplier contacts were established, and sales expanded to eBay. Today, Dealstunter has grown into a webshop with a solid position in the refurbished hardware market.

In addition to our own webshop, we also sell through eBay. This allows us to reach customers both in the Netherlands and abroad, proving that our products and service are widely appreciated.

Why refurbished?

Many people have no need for the very latest technology; what they really want is an affordable and reliable solution. Often, only one component of an existing PC is defective. By offering refurbished parts such as motherboards or mini PCs, we help customers get their setup running again quickly and at a low cost. This way, they save money while together we reduce electronic waste.

Mini PCs and motherboards

Motherboards were among the first products we offered separately. They take up little space, are technically challenging, and are ideal for customers who need a specific component. Mini PCs were added later. Interest turned out to be high, and they now form an important part of our range.
