Returns

Want to return a product? Fill in the form below.

Enter your order number and the associated products will be loaded automatically. Then select the products you want to return, state the reason and submit your request. You can request a return for a technical defect, incorrect delivery, damaged packaging, DOA (death on arrival) or when using your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. Please note: the right of withdrawal applies exclusively to private purchases; business purchases are excluded.

Other provisions

The shipping costs for returns are for the customer’s own account if it turns out that the offered product is not defective, or that the defect is the result of improper or careless use. In this case we are obliged to charge shipping costs as well as inspection costs. The product will then be returned to you.

If you want to return a product under your right of withdrawal, the shipping costs are for your own account. After receiving the product(s) we will check them for any physical damage/defects and whether everything has been returned complete. If there is no damage and/or defects and the product has been returned in its original condition, we will send you a credit note, provide a replacement product, or issue a discount code, whichever you prefer.
