Right of withdrawal

Not quite what you were looking for? If you buy from us online as a private customer, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

How does it work?

The 14-day cooling-off period starts the day after you, or someone you designate, receive the product. If one order arrives in several parcels, it starts the day after you receive the last parcel.

How to return an item

  1. Notify us within 14 days. Use the return form and select “No longer needed” or “Not satisfied” as the reason. An email with your order number is fine too.
  2. You receive an RMA number and the return address.
  3. Pack the product securely, with all parts and accessories, preferably in the original box.
  4. Send it back within 14 days of your notification. Keep your proof of shipment.
  5. We refund you within 14 days of your notification, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product or until you show that you have sent it.

May you unpack and test the product?

Yes, just as you would in a shop: check the model, the connections and the condition. Handle motherboards and processors with care. If a product is damaged because you went further than necessary, we may charge you for the loss in value.

What do you get back?

The full purchase price, plus the standard shipping costs of your order. If you return only part of your order, those shipping costs are not refunded. The cost of sending the product back to us is yours. Choose a shipping method with track and trace, especially for more expensive hardware.

Who does it apply to?

The right of withdrawal applies to private customers. Business purchases are excluded, unless we agree otherwise.

Is your product faulty?

Then it is not about the right of withdrawal but about the warranty. Read how that works on the Warranty page.

Prefer email or post?

You can also use the model withdrawal form. It is at the bottom of the terms and conditions (Annex I).
