Return Policy: A technical defect within the warranty period and conditions set by the Dealstunter, correctly ordered but incorrectly delivered, damaged products / packaging, DOA (death on arrival) or you want to make use of your right of withdrawal (within 2 weeks after receipt of your order, which are These are all reasons for applying for an RMA procedure.If you wish to use this procedure, we advise you to read the following provisions carefully and to observe them in order to promote a speedy settlement.

Return product: When returning the product, you must include a copy of the purchase invoice and / or packing slip. Also clearly state the RMA number and return address on the box. The products must be delivered complete, in original packaging including manuals, diskettes and cables. Returns must be made within 10 days after issue of the RMA number.

Other provisions: The shipping costs for return shipments are for everyone’s own account if it appears that the product offered is not defective or that the defect is the result of improper or careless use. In this case we are forced to charge shipping costs as well as research costs. In this case, the product will be returned to you. If you want to return a product because of your right of return, the shipping costs are for your own account, after receipt of the products we will check them for any physical damage / defects and whether everything has been returned complete. If there are no damages and / or defects and the product is returned in its original condition, we will send you a credit, replacement product or a discount code if you wish.
